Repair Policy on Midwest products
Midwest provides limited warranty on all current products shown on these web pages.

In every case it is mandatory that you call our service department at 1-877-87TONGS or send us an e-mail at info@tongs.com before you ship your product to Midwest.
You describe the nature of your complaint to our staff which determines whether you qualify for the warranty repair and will issue Manufacturer's Return Authorization number that must appear on the shipping label as well as your address and telephone number.
